What does it include?
The first thing we will take care of when you choose our remote property management services is the listing and marketing aspect – making sure your property is listed on all the major websites and platforms to appeal to the right audience. We are also able to prepare your property to a certain extent by arranging cleaners etc.
We then monitor all enquiries that come in from these listings and the marketing we do, giving them the information they need and answering any questions they may have.
Once your guest has moved in, we will be their first point of contact should they have any issues or questions, freeing your time up and saving you stress and hassle. We will only contact you if there is anything we are not able to do remotely (anything that is urgent and would require a physical visit to your property that we are not able to arrange externally).
